Mrs. Lydia Wainright

Co-Director of the LSCC Orff Ensemble

Lydia Wainright is the Co-Director of the LSCC Orff Ensemble. She earned her Bachelor of Music Education from the University of Kentucky, where she also earned certifications in Orff Levels I, II, & III.  She recently retired from Fayette County Public Schools as vocal/general music teacher.

Lydia has served for many years as a church pianist for New Life Baptist Church and continues to be involved in our local schools as a substitute teacher.
